Merrijig Inn is home of creative chef Ryan Sessions who has a solid reputation for contemporary modern Mediterranean inspired menus.

The dining room is intimate with linen covered tables, fine glassware and sophisticated service. Ryan's seasonal menus change every few weeks creating taste sensations to inspire the most discerning of palettes.

To complement Ryan's food the Merrijig offers a sommelier selected wine list with over 250 selected wines from Australia and abroad.

With over 250 wines from our cellar to choose from, The Merrijig Inn has a wine specialist to help find the perfect wine for your evening. Constantly changing by the glass options presenting something for everyone. Whether it be from Australia or overseas, Tom brings an enthusiasm and passion for all things wine related to your table. Having the good background of wine production and study of oenology, as well as WSET 3 advanced certification, Tom is always keen to chat about wine but never takes himself to seriously to ruin any fun!
